To: All Employees Date: March 21st Subject: Intranet Dear employees, To manage our information well and improve the way we communicate in our company, we are making fundamental changes in our communication system. As you know, the intranet is one of the most valuable assets for any large organization. Starting on April 1st, our company will be using the Intranet. All of the employees should make their own ID and password(at least 6 digits), and report them to their supervisor by March 25.
